As part of ongoing efforts to enhance the community and address the evolving needs of our
neighbourhood, the Brookwater Homeowners Club 29222, are requesting that you seek input from each
of your subsidiary Owners, requesting they put forward any potential projects to be considered for
inclusion in the BHOC 29222 (Common areas) for the upcoming financial year’s budget.
Input is crucial in shaping the future of our community and ensuring that resources are allocated
effectively to meet the collective needs and aspirations of our residents. We encourage all residents to
submit proposals for projects that aim to improve amenities, enhance services, or address any other areas
of interest within the estate.
Your contributions will then be carefully reviewed and considered by the Brookwater Homeowners Club
29222, and selected projects may be included in the upcoming budget planning.
For any suggested items for consideration which are submitted, please provide any supporting photos, the street address/identification locations, and description of works for consideration.
